COMMENTARY: JEREMAIH 29:11: For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.
This scripture proves God doesn't hurt or want to hurt us. Too often we blame God for the negative in our life and past that had nothing to do with him. God is good. 100 percent good. If you think God caused anything to hurt you physically, emotionally, etc. you're wrong and you are believing in a lie from the devil.
